She performs her prayer differently

Assalamualaikum dan hai semua :)

Something happened to me and my friend this Monday. An unexpected thing occured.

We performed our Maghrib prayer at UPM Main Library's musolla. Semasa rakaat kedua, saya terperasan seseorang ni pakai telekung berbunga-bunga. Cantik kot! Haha, I mean, I thought it was a new trend, after telekung yang berwarna-warni yang in-trend sekarang ni. KANTOI TAK KHUSYUK! Distracted a bit.

Okay, so solat je la macam biasa. Suddenly, near the third rakaat, I noticed that she did not even rukuk. OKAY. MY HEART WAS BEATING FAST. Lepas sujud pula, dia tak duduk tahiyat awal, tapi macam nak tahiyat awal, tapi terus sujud untuk sujud kedua. OKAY. MY HEART WAS BEATING FASTER.

Habis solat, cepat-cepat I hold my friend's hand. She said I was shivering and my hand felt cold.

Lepas habis baca doa, we took a glance of her (looks like an Iran. FYI, beware of the Irans as majority of them are Syiahs) and she was not performing her prayer like the way the Sunnis do.

Rupa-rupanya, kain telekung yang saya ingatkan new trend tu sebenarnya macam kain cadar berbunga-bunga. She covered her face entirely with the bed sheet. She even put a big black paper clip in front of her sajadah. Perhaps to substitute 'batu karbala'.  She even prayed longer than us, despite the fact that she did not even rukuk or duduk tahiyat awal, perhaps she was performing 'solat jamak'. The syiahs actually believed that they can perform 'solat jamak' due to their misinterpretation of a hadith that states:

عن عبدالله بن عمر رضى الله عنهما قال أخذ رسول الله صلى عليه وسلم بمنكبي فقال كن في الدنيا كانك غريب أو عابر سبيل وكان ابن عمر يقول اذا أمسيت فلا تنتطر الصباح واذا أصحبت فلا تنتظر المساء وخذ من صحتك لمرضك ومن حياتك لموتك – رواه البخاري

Maksunya: Daripada Abdullah bin Umar ra katanya: Rasulullah SAW memegang bahuku seraya bersabda: jadilah di atas dunia ini sebagai seorang perantau: Ibn Umar berkata: Apabila kamu berada pada waktu petang, janganlah tunggu menjelangnya waktu pagi. Apabila kamu berada pada waktu pagi, janganlah tunggu menjelangnya waktu petang. Gunakan peluang untuk beramal semasa kamu sihat untuk persediaan ketika kamu sakit dan semasa kamu hidup untuk persediaan matimu.

Solat dengan batu karbala di hadapan. Nauzubillah~

Something was wrong. Definitely wrong.

I looked around the musolla. The others were being ignorant or perhaps the were used to seeing that. But not for us. After going out of the musolla, we were still shocked and terrified.

I just pray that Allah will guide her and the others to His right path. Amin~
